This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as your IP address and server logs) to serve and protect the site.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe; see Stripe’s privacy policy. At checkout I receive your name, business name, email, billing address and tax ID. I use them to deliver the service and for invoicing and tax records.
Messages sent to tommaso@tommasobertocchi.com are routed by Cloudflare Email Routing and handled in Google Gmail.
Legal bases and retention
I process personal data to perform a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and to comply with legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c)). I keep it as long as needed for the project; accounting records are kept as long as Italian law requires.
Your rights
You can ask me, by email, for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your personal data. You also have the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
